I am happy with the way they resolved my problems and turned a negative experience into a positive one. (Why not?) Ive heard good things about the place at the mall - & they throw in a screen protector for free. Excuse was they just havent updated the website.
But website advertises $95-actual cost $128. In the end, I did not even receive a new keyboard. I was continually told dates when the problem would be resolved, but it never was. It took two weeks with me always contacting them to try and fix the keyboard for my tablet. Dagur: Ive been watching them like a hawk. Hiccup: There are a lot of Viggos ships out there, guys. Now, please tell me you have one of your 'Hiccuppy' plans to get my dragon back. Shattermaster must take precedence in these dark times. However, I had quite a negative experience. Quality Parts, Great Service, Great Warranty, what more can you ask. I have not seen any other person dedicate a lot of effort to have the best quality parts and works on customers devices like if it was one of his own. The owner is great to work with and takes care of customers. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Shatter Masters has the best quality parts I have purchased. It was just easier to buy a brand new phone.IT WAS TERRIBLE! So they said it would be done the next day and then they had a smart alec look on thier faces. And then they said it be done the next day then we went in early on the next day and they still didnt have it done ,but then they said it would be done by 2. Then I went in to get the phone but they didnt have it done yet. IT WAD TERRIBLE! They had the phone for a week. Seriously, dont hesitate to use this place as your number one supplier. By far the greatest supplier! Great prices, amazing customer service, and unbeatable parts. Hes even answered my calls in the middle of the night to give me advice on repairs. Ive ordered many screen from them over the past week and have not had a single defect part. Shatter Masters is by far the greatest place for all your iPhone, iPod, and iPad repair parts. I am over all very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend anyone to bring something any electronics they need fixed there.
They finally fixed it I brought it home and plugged it in and the fan is super loud and unbearable to listen to, I went to ask why it does this and they said they can not help with it. Turns out they didnt even have my information in their system to even call me. After two weeks I went in to ask and they had not gotten to it but said they would call me by Friday, they did not call I did they same thing the next week. It took them a month to tell me what was wrong with it, They told me that they would let me know what was wrong with it in a few days.
